Our Home

A family-first, spacious home, features 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a guest cottage with one bedroom and full bathroom. Located just over a mile north of downtown Pentwater. This is a beautiful, relaxing location for a family vacation!

When you arrive, drive up a concrete driveway and park on the far left. We have a parking area that holds 4 cars. There is no other place to park cars in the neighborhood.

Walk past the shed and down 15 stairs on the left or a boardwalk ramp on the right to the front door of the Main House. The first floor of the Main House has 3 bedrooms, one large bunk room, one King size bed with en-suite bathroom and another small bedroom. A second bathroom is located off of the bunk room. The upstairs features 2 bedrooms with one queen and two twin beds as well as a full bathroom. The Main House is fully air-conditioned / heated by a mini-split system for your comfort (09/2022).

The Guest Cottage has one Kingsize bedroom, a bathroom, living room, kitchen and enclosed front porch which leads to a deck with a gorgeous view of Lake Michigan!

Beach access is found in front of the Guest Cottage which is located behind the main cottage, closer to the beach. There is a private board walk to the beach.

In front of the yellow guest cottage, there are 65 steps down to the board walk which flows onto a beach deck a few feet from Lake Michigan. You may walk as far as you like in either direction. Mears State Park and the Village of Pentwater is about a 20 minute walk to the South.

To access our beach from the main cottage, walk toward Lake Michigan from the main cottage, around the yellow cottage to the steps that lead to the board walk to the beach. We have 50 feet of private beach to the South of the beach deck.

Our neighborhood has no public transportation, but you may want to walk the beach into Pentwater village. We have a beautiful, walkable beach this year.
