Rental Rates

Rental rates for our cottages vary depending on the season but are approximately as follows:

Spring (05.01 through 05.31): $295 per night

Early Summer (06.01 through 06.20): $545 per night

Summer (06.21 through Labor Day): $895 per night

Late Summer (Labor Day through 09.21): $495 per night

Autumn (09.22-October): $325 per night

N.B., the guest cottage opens for the season on 05.01 and is typically closed by 09.22; the main house is open through the whole season, May through October.

Every rental may be maximum 29 days and must be paid in full at the time of rental in order to secure the time requested. Cancellation requests with greater than 30 days to go until the start of the booking will be refunded 50%. Within 30 days of the start of the booking, the rental fee collected is non-refundable.

Typically, we require full payment up front to lock any given date. Half-down payment plan is possible for 5% surcharge (half of rental fee billed up front with second half due 1 week prior to rental period). Down payments are non-refundable.

Transparent Fees and Taxes

+$450 cleaning fee for each separate rental which includes deep cleaning and preparation of the entire property including bed turn-down service, replenishing supplies, and repairs as necessary

+$500-775 refundable security deposit (median daily rate), billed with the initial booking and refunded at the end of the stay, less any damages

+$50 per day for major holidays and adjacent days (e.g., Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Indigenous People's Day)

+$50 per person, per day, above 9 people in the party (up to 12 total). For example, 10 people in the party would be +$50 per day, 11 people +$100, 12 people +$150

+6% state occupancy tax is collected at the time of booking

-7% discount is applied for a whole week's rental (7 days, Saturday-to-Saturday)

-10% discount applied for whole week's rentals from repeat guests (7 days, Saturday-to-Saturday)

When requesting a particular booking, please consult the available times on the calendar below and submit your request for available times via the Contact form below. We will then respond with a rental agreement and invoice directly. Please note that you can tab over with the arrow buttons to see subsequent months/years.
