Check-in window: 4-10p on the day of the start of your reservation

Check-out time: 11a on the day of the end of your reservation

No smoking in the cottages. 

No pets. 

Association Rules

We live within a beach association which has some very important rules for safety, appropriate use of the facilities, and congenial relations with our neighbors. 

We require that all guests provide written agreement to follow the rules listed below prior to receiving check-in instructions.

No more than 4 cars parked in cottage parking lot AND within yellow line. 

No parking anywhere else in the neighborhood. 

Maximum 12 guests staying at the cottage overnight 

Maximum 12 overnight + 8 daytime guests visiting (maximum 12 overnight, 20 people on the property in daytime)

No fires on the beach, or near the cottages. 

Quiet time after 10pm. 

Observing these rules is very important for a peaceful stay in our neighborhood. Fines are assessed against security deposit for any violation of these House Rules.
